In 2017 Martin Smith Property Management Limited acquired the company of Charles Living & Son who were a firm of Chartered Surveyors in Stratford and were established for over 110 years. We retained the Residential Management side of Charles Living & Son and incorporated it within our existing portfolio, which has proved to be very successful.
We are members of Propertymark being bound and subject to their rules of conduct. We are an accredited member of Safe Agent having in place a customer complaints procedure, Professional Indemnity Insurance and Client Money Protection cover which means peace of mind for both Tenants and Landlords who enlist our services. We are also members of the Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Letting Agents.
We pride ourselves on our friendly professional and fair service and we consider this one of the main reasons that many of the clients that were with us at the start, are still clients of our to this day. We now have a very large client base and whether you were the owner of one property or fifty properties you would receive the same level of service from our staff.
